No - we are a “dry hire” mobile bar service. Liquor laws in Ontario don’t allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile bar. We CANNOT supply the alcohol for events, we can only serve what is provided by the event hosts. In accordance with The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Special Occasion Permit and all alcohol must be purchased by the host. When purchasing your own alcohol for your event you ultimately will save a lot of money - avoiding markup alcohol prices at venues. Unopened alcohol can be returned to LCBO for refund.

We will provide a shopping list once we have our consultation to learn about what options you would like to choose for your special event.

We have General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance, and our bartenders are Smart Serve certified as well.

The Golden Glass Bar requires a flat surface of approximately 7ft wide x 5ft deep. Let us know about stairs, gravel, or tight entryways ahead of time.

Start by filling out the “Request a Quote” form and we can chat about the details of your event. We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to save your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. If your event is short notice (less than 14 days before event date), the full payment outlined in the contract is due at booking.

We can set up indoors when possible or under tent cover. If you are planning an outdoor event, we recommend having a tent rental in place. A tent can be rented from us for an additional fee.

Yes! We offer bar-only rentals. We’ll deliver, set up, and pick up the bar. It’s a great option if you already have bartenders or are using venue staff.

You will need to get a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) only if you are holding your event on public property (i.e., Community Centre, Arena, Church, etc.). If you are holding the event on private property (i.e., Backyard, Cabin, Cottage, Property (field), etc.) a SOP is not required.
